  • provide honest feedback.
  • provide coaching tools and exercises that enhance learning, growth and development.
  • provide accountability via email communication and regular appointments.
  • work together developing action steps to reach a client's goals.
  • brainstorm how to negotiate obstacles or expand options .
  • explore life skills that enhance productivity, performance, quality of life, and creativity.
  • celebrate successes.

A client will:

  • select the focus of discussion.     
  • clarify visions, goals, and values.
  • prioritize and set goals.
  • work to develop action steps to reach goals.
  • work to negotiate obstacles.
  • complete exercises that promote forward movement toward your goals.
  • evaluate strengths and challenges.
  • see your maximum potential.
